Home Delivery Order Form
To help those who can’t get to our store due to the current Coronavirus Covid-19 crisis we have introduced an online order form and home delivery service. Please note this is not a complete online shopping system, however will enable you to order goods from our store using the secure form below. We will always endeavour to supply all the products you have ordered, however some products may not be available due to supply issues.
Please see below a list of common questions and answers in regard to this service. Please note that we are offering this as a service to our community at this difficult time and we would ask you to understand that we will be doing our best to fulfil your order.
You can place an order using the online form below. To order we need to know your contact details, delivery address and obviously your order! We have divided the form into different departments to make it easier for you to order but also for our team to pick and pack you order. When listing the items in your order, please type each item on a new line ie:
Western Star Butter 500g
Full Cream Milk 2 litres
Greek Yoghurt 500g
When ordering please try to give us as much information about the product you want. As per example above Western Star Butter 500g, etc – If you are not concerned about the brand of product or exact size then please just describe the product – ie Yoghurt small tub, etc.
Your order will usually be delivered within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will always endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, however please allow 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to receive your order. If this is an issue and you require your order urgently please contact us to see if we can make arrangements to get your order to you ASAP.
Delivery is FREE to the greater Proserpine area, if you are outside of this area please contact us for delivery costs.
PLEASE NOTE: WE PREFER TO PACK YOUR ORDER IN BOXES, IF YOU REQUIRE REUSABLE PLASTIC BAGS A FEE OF 15c PER BAG WILL BE APPLIED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO NOMINATE YOUR PREFERENCE ON THE ORDER FORM.
Once we have picked, packed and totalled your order we will call you and take payment over the phone via credit/debit card. If you do not have a credit card or can not pay over the phone please contact us and we will try to find a solution .
NOTE: FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON THIS FORM.
Wherever possible we are minimising any contact in line with health guidelines. We will alert you by knocking at the door/doorbell and will leave your order where you can easily access ir or as described on your order form.
